Union County Community Corrections is a criminal justice agency which provides community supervision to adult and juvenile participants. Supervision is achieved through the use of various levels of supervision which include: electronic monitoring, day reporting, community transition program, community service restitution, out-of-school suspension and truancy prevention.
Union County Community Corrections serves pretrial and post sentenced adult participants. The utilization of community corrections supervision assists Union County in controlling the county jail population, thus reducing the burden on the taxpayer.
