Centerstone is a not-for-profit health care organization which provides mental health and substance use disorder treatment, education and support.  Centerstone is present at Union County Community Corrections to provide substance abuse assessments, treatment and recovery services to community corrections and probation clients and the general public.  Referrals for Centerstone services at Liberty are scheduled through the Richmond office.
